Opportunity to Meet Greater Sudbury’s Eighth Poet Laureate

Residents and media are invited to join Greater Sudbury Mayor Paul Lefebvre and Greater Sudbury Public Library Board Chair Michael Bellmore for the official announcement of the successful applicant for Greater Sudbury’s eighth Poet Laureate.

Greater Sudbury’s Poet Laureate will serve as an active advocate for poetry, literacy and literature by leading virtual and in-person events devoted to writing and performance of all kinds, in both English and French, throughout the community for a two-year term, beginning June 2024.
