littleBits and Cubelets Play Time

A father and his children building a robot at a table.The Main Public Library will host this workshop on Saturday, February 18th @ 1 PM in the Makerspace.

Join our Maker-in-Residence, Pat Ryan, to play with our littleBits and Cubelets kits. Build and program a robot with magnetic blocks!

Kids (and adults) of all ages will enjoy playing with these kits and learning about circuitry and programming, too!

Makey Makey!

Colourful crocodile clips.The Main Public Library will host this workshop on Saturday, March 18th @ 1 PM in the Makerspace.

Pat Ryan, our Maker-in-Residence, will show you how to use the Makey Makey to build a piano out of bananas or build a game controller out of Play-Doh!

Bring a family member or friend, and partner together with one of our Makey Makey kits.
